We use your information to: provide and improve our services; process payments; send reports and alerts; communicate about your account; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) Stripe for payment processing; (b) service providers necessary to operate Shadow; and (c) when required by law.

4. Competitor Data

Shadow only collects publicly available information from competitor websites. We do not access password-protected areas, private APIs, or non-public data sources.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication, and regular security reviews. However, no system is 100% secure.

You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time. Contact us to request data deletion. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.
