By accessing or using Shadow Intelligence ("Shadow", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Shadow provides automated competitive intelligence monitoring, analysis, and reporting services. We scrape publicly available data from competitor websites and use AI to generate insights.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Shadow to: (a) violate any laws; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) scrape non-public data; (d) interfere with our systems; or (e) resell our services without authorization.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Shadow offers tiered subscription plans. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

6. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We only collect publicly available competitor data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shadow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including decisions made based on our intelligence reports.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
